Black Adam may have told ole Dom that he ain’t bout that FAMILY life no more, but Aquaman seems ready to jump in the pool at BBQ. Sources are telling Deadline that Jason Momoa has joined the upcoming tenth Fast & Furious Film.
Details are unknown as to who Momoa will be playing in the film, or what the plot entails. With a May 19, 2023 targeted release date it looks to mirror its predecessors success of grossing more then $720 million at the global box-office.
Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Michelle Rodriguez and Sung Kang are expected to return with Justin Lin on board to direct. Vin Diesel and Lin are producing.
Fast & Furious has been in the news lately for the fall out between the Rock and Vin Diesel, and while Fast losing the Hobbs character is a definite blow, gaining the talented Momoa really helps ease the pain. Reports speculated that Fast was going to do as least three more installments, but Diesel has recently said this is the finale. What the future holds, like the plot of Fast 10, remains to be seen, but it’s future looks to be moving quite swimmingly. What do you think of the addition of Jason Momoa?
