The NetherRealm Studios game Injustice is arguably my favorite video game. I play it regularly, and legitimately get royally pissed when I lose. Now we are looking at a brand new DC animated film based on the storyline. Check out the first trailer, exclusively from IGN.

Pretty straight forward, nothing knew in this trailer that we don’t know from the games. Joker and Harley murder a pregnant Lois Lane which sends Superman into a spiral, and he decides he is the only one that can create and authoritarian style world.

Injustice arrives October 19, 2021, on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Combo Pack, Blu-ray, and Digital. The cast includes Justin Hartley (Smallville, This is Us) as Superman, Anson Mount (Star Trek Discovery, Hell on Wheels) as Batman, Gillian Jacobs (Community) as Harley Quinn, Kevin Pollak (The Usual Suspects) as Joker and Jonathan Kent, and Janet Varney (The Legend of Korra, Stan Against Evil) as Wonder Woman.
