Production has begun on Aquaman And The Lost Kingdom. Filming began in mid June in London with James Wan once again at the helm, and now our hero and titular character has joined the production. Jason Mamoa has touched down in London and is ready to see his castmates but doesn’t seem to hyped about having to change his hair color.

No plot details for the film have been released, but given the films title, The Lost Kingdom, it will deal with the seventh kingdom of Atlantis, which Patrick Wilson’s Orm mentioned in the first film had disappeared.

Amber Heard returns as Mera, along with Patrick Wilson, and newcomer Pilou Asbaek from Game of Thrones. We will also see Yahya Abdul–Mateen II back as Black Manta. The film is currently set for December 16^th 2022.
